Changes to the PAMM Account Regulations

Dear clients,

On the 24th of February, 2021, some changes will be made to the PAMM Account Regulations. Amendments will be made to the PAMM Account Regulations on February 24, 2021.  Additions will include sections 5.5, 6.1, and 7.1, which concern payment of the Manager’s Remuneration, as well as deposit and withdrawal applications.  In addition, sections 5.7 and 7.11–7.15 will be added, which regulate the processes for processing withdrawal applications.
